定安县气象台2025年10月22日19时00分继续发布大风蓝色预警信号：受冷空气和台风“风神”共同影响，我县22日19时到23日10时平均风力可达6级以上、阵风7-8级，建议有关单位和人员做好防范工作。

Description

海南省气象局2025年10月22日17时10分继续发布台风四级预警：台风“风神”（强热带风暴级），16时其中心位于北纬17.3度、东经110.0度，即在三沙市永兴岛偏西方向约255公里的海面上，中心附近最大风力11级（30米/秒）。预计，“风神”将以每小时10-15公里的速度向西南方向移动，强度逐渐减弱，将于23日上午在越南中部沿海登陆。受冷空气和“风神”共同影响，22日夜间，本岛东部和南部海面、西沙群岛附近海面，风力9-10级，阵风11-12级，其中台风中心经过的附近海面旋转风12-13级；北部湾海面和本岛西部海面，风力8-9级，阵风10-11级；琼州海峡，风力6-7级，阵风8-9级。22日夜间-23日白天，琼海、万宁、琼中、保亭、陵水、三亚、文昌、定安和屯昌等市县50-100毫米、局地150毫米。提醒海上作业平台及过往船只继续做好避风工作，相关部门加强回港渔船管理，做好琼州海峡通航安排，并加强沿海陆地交通疏导、旅游安全管理工作。
