定安县气象台2025年10月22日19时00分继续发布大风蓝色预警信号:受冷空气和台风“风神”共同影响,我县22日19时到23日10时平均风力可达6级以上、阵风7-8级,建议有关单位和人员做好防范工作。

海南省气象局2025年10月22日17时10分继续发布台风四级预警:台风“风神”(强热带风暴级),16时其中心位于北纬17.3度、东经110.0度,即在三沙市永兴岛偏西方向约255公里的海面上,中心附近最大风力11级(30米/秒)。预计,“风神”将以每小时10-15公里的速度向西南方向移动,强度逐渐减弱,将于23日上午在越南中部沿海登陆。受冷空气和“风神”共同影响,22日夜间,本岛东部和南部海面、西沙群岛附近海面,风力9-10级,阵风11-12级,其中台风中心经过的附近海面旋转风12-13级;北部湾海面和本岛西部海面,风力8-9级,阵风10-11级;琼州海峡,风力6-7级,阵风8-9级。22日夜间-23日白天,琼海、万宁、琼中、保亭、陵水、三亚、文昌、定安和屯昌等市县50-100毫米、局地150毫米。提醒海上作业平台及过往船只继续做好避风工作,相关部门加强回港渔船管理,做好琼州海峡通航安排,并加强沿海陆地交通疏导、旅游安全管理工作。
