南通市气象台2026年07月04日10时09分发布暴雨蓝色预警信号。预计今天中午到夜里我市崇川区、南通开发区、苏锡通园区、海安南部、如皋、通州和如东的大部分镇（街道）将出现6小时雨量50毫米、局部100毫米以上的强降雨，并可能伴有雷电、30-50毫米/小时的短时强降水、7-9级雷暴大风等强对流天气。市防汛办、市应急局、市气象局提醒注意防范。
