The Chengyang District Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave at 11:55 on February 4, 2026: Due to strong cold air, it is expected that all streets in our district will experience cold wave weather from the 5th to the 7th. Starting from the 5th, the temperature began to drop, with an average decrease of 8-10 ℃. The lowest temperature occurred in the morning of the 7th, reaching around -9 ℃. At the same time, the north wind is strong, with gusts up to 5-6 on land and 8 on the Beaufort scale, and gusts up to 6-7 in the Jiaozhou Bay area and 9 on the Beaufort scale. Please take precautions.

山东省气象台于2月4日06时00分继续发布海上大风黄色预警：受冷空气影响，我省各预报海区将出现偏北大风。5日白天到夜间，渤海、渤海海峡和黄海北部6～7级阵风8级增强到7～8级阵风9～10级，黄海中部5～6级增强到7级阵风8～9级；6日白天到夜间，黄海北部7级阵风8～9级，渤海海峡和黄海中部7级阵风8～9级减弱到6～7级阵风8级，渤海7级阵风8～9级减弱到5～6级；7日白天到夜间，黄海北部和中部7级阵风8～9级，渤海海峡6～7级阵风8级，渤海5～6级。
