西宁市自然资源和规划局与西宁市气象局联合发布地质灾害气象风险预警：根据过去降水实况和未来24小时降水预报，考虑与前期降水落区重叠和地质灾害滞后性，结合地质灾害易发程度，2025年09月04日15时30分至09月05日20时，西宁市湟中区田家寨镇、群加乡、共和镇、土门关乡地质灾害气象风险预警等级为Ⅰ级（红色预警），气象因素致地质灾害发生风险很高；湟中区鲁沙尔镇、上新庄镇、大才乡、甘河滩镇，大通县宝库乡、向化乡地质灾害气象风险预警等级为Ⅱ级（橙色预警），气象因素致地质灾害发生风险高；城东区乐家湾镇、韵家口镇，城中区总寨镇，城西区彭家寨镇，城北区大堡子镇，湟中区多巴镇、汉东乡、拦隆口镇、西堡镇，大通县东峡镇、朔北乡，湟源县东峡乡、和平乡、大华镇、城关镇地质灾害气象风险预警等级为Ⅲ级（黄色预警），气象因素致地质灾害发生风险较高。请结合预警信息，密切关注降水情况，做好预警区内受威胁群众避险转移等地质灾害防范工作。严防重点地质灾害危险区内已避险转移群众擅自回流。
