At 17:10 on December 10, 2025, the Baiyin Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave: Due to the influence of cold air, it is expected that the cumulative decrease in the lowest temperature in most parts of the city from the evening of the 11th to the morning of the 13th will exceed 6-8 ℃. Among them, some towns in the north of Jingtai County, the south of Jingyuan County, the southeast of Pingchuan District, and the east and south of Huining County will experience a cold wave, and the cumulative decrease in the lowest temperature can reach 8-10 ℃, with some areas exceeding 10 ℃.
