Yellow Warning for Geological Hazards and Meteorological Risks: The Natural Resources Bureau, Meteorological Bureau, and Emergency Bureau of Bijiang District jointly issued a yellow warning for geological hazards and meteorological risks at 19:00 on June 21

Issue date: 2026-06-21T19:00+08:00

On June 21st at 19:00, the Natural Resources Bureau, District Meteorological Bureau, and District Emergency Bureau of Bijiang District jointly issued a yellow warning for geological disaster meteorological risks: it is expected that our district will experience sustained heavy rainfall from the night of the 21st to the 23rd, with accumulated rainfall in most areas exceeding 50mm, with a maximum accumulated rainfall of 80-110m, and some townships and streets exceeding 130mm, with a maximum hourly rainfall intensity of 30-50mm. Due to excessive rainfall in the early stage and the continuous heavy rainfall in this round, there is a high meteorological risk of geological disasters such as landslides and mudslides. Relevant responsible units and individuals are requested to closely monitor changes in rainfall and water conditions, continuously carry out dynamic inspections of geological hazard hidden points, strictly implement the "three emergency evacuations" when dangerous situations are found, carry out post evacuation control, strengthen duty and information reporting, and scientifically and efficiently handle disaster situations.
