Ice accumulations between one quarter and one half of an inch. * WHERE...Portions of north Texas. * WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to noon CST Sunday. * IMPACTS...The strong winds and weight of ice and snow on tree limbs may down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages. Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice. Travel could be nearly impossible.
