* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall and already elevated streams is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northern New Hampshire, including the following county, Carroll focused on areas recently impacted by flooding from Tamworth to Madison. * WHEN...Until 930 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Recent flooding elevated area streams and reduced runoff storage in the area from Tamworth, to Conway, south to Eaton and Madison. As a result, even modest rainfall seen this morning with amounts of a half inch can result in small stream rises necessary to cause minor flooding. Overall impacts are expected to be minor. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 703 AM EDT, Local law enforcement reported stream rises due to ongoing heavy showers. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Conway, Ossipee, Tamworth, Madison, Freedom, Albany and Eaton.
