Remarks: A stalled low pressure system over northeastern Manitoba will give moderate to heavy rainfall to portions of northeastern Manitoba. Total accumulations of 50 to 80 mm are forecast, but amounts will be variable.###Water will likely pool on roads and in low-lying areas.
