As some rain showers depart east of the area this morning, patchy dense fog and low clouds are developing across portions of northern Ohio. This fog and low clouds are allowing for variable visibility across the area, including visibility as low as one- quarter of a mile in sheltered locations. Fog may increase in coverage later this morning. If traveling across the area, drivers should remain alert for rapid changes in visibility and use low-beam headlights.
