Winds gusting as high as 25 mph. * WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, Southeast Missouri, and West Tennessee. * WHEN...Until 6 PM CST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice. Travel could be nearly impossible.

For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 15 below expected. * WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, North Mississippi, Southeast Missouri, and West Tennessee. * WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 6 PM CST Sunday. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 6 PM Sunday to noon CST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures.
