Areas of fog with patchy dense fog has developed over portions of Charleston and tidal Berkeley Counties this morning. The fog is expected to persist, especially near or over rivers and marshy areas, until 10 AM. Motorist should expect limited visibility, primarily on the high bridges Interstate 526 crossing the Wando and Cooper Rivers and the Highway 17 Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge.

In South Carolina, Allendale, Charleston, Dorchester, Hampton, Inland Berkeley, Inland Colleton, and Tidal Berkeley Counties. * WHEN...Until 1 PM EST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Very slippery sidewalks, roads and bridges are possible.
