Creeks, brooks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Mild temperatures into tonight will allow snow on the ground to continue to ripen and melt. There will also be moderate to locally heavy rain late this afternoon into tonight. The combination of runoff from snow melt and rainfall will result in rising rivers that will likely cause ice to break up and move, potentially resulting in ice jams and associated flooding.
