...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Indiana... East Fork White River at Shoals. East Fork White River near Bedford. East Fork White River near Rivervale. East Fork White River at Williams. East Fork White River at Seymour. .Minor to moderate flooding continues on the East Fork White. Additional rainfall of 0.75 to 1.25 inches from this morning through Friday morning was included in the forecast. The initial crest on the East Fork is at Shoals, with an additional lower secondary crest expected at Seymour on Saturday and working its way downriver from there. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...East Fork White River at Shoals. * WHEN...Until late Monday evening. * IMPACTS...At 28.0 feet, Beginning April 25, 2011 and continuing through May 8, 2011 three county roads were closed because of East Fork White River flooding in northern Dubois County. Portersville Rd W was closed in two locations...just east of CR 500W and between CR 650W and CR 660W. One other county road was flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:30 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 27.4 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 11:30 AM EDT Wednesday was 27.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late Monday morning and continue falling and remain below flood stage. - Flood stage is 20.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
