Falling trees and limbs could pose a threat to life and property. Snow and ice accumulations will make many roads treacherous and impassable. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ice and sleet accumulations will continue through sunrise, before a transition to rain occurs in the valleys of the Tennessee border counties later this morning.
