For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 4 above expected. * WHERE...In Louisiana, East Baton Rouge, East Feliciana, Iberville, Pointe Coupee, St. Helena, West Baton Rouge, and West Feliciana Parishes. In Mississippi, Amite, Pike, and Wilkinson Counties. * WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 6 PM this evening to 6 PM CST Sunday.
