At 15:35 on December 12, 2025, the Yushui District Meteorological Observatory issued a blue cold wave warning signal: it is expected that within the next 48 hours, the lowest temperature in some areas of Chengbei Street, Chengnan Street, Xingang Street, Xianlai Street, Kongmujiang Street, Yuanhe Street, Hushan Town, Liangshan Town, Luofang Town, Shuibei Town, Zhushan Town, Xiacun Town, Yaowei Town, Nan an Township, Renhe Town, Jieshui Township, and Xinxi Township will drop by more than 8 ℃, and the lowest temperature will be less than or equal to 4 ℃.
