Lishui Water Resources Bureau issues a red warning for flash flood disasters

At 19:12 on August 8, 2026, the Water Resources Bureau and the Meteorological Bureau of Lishui City jointly issued a red warning for flash floods: it is expected that from 20:00 on August 8 to 20:00 on August 9, there is a high possibility of flash floods in Liandu District, Qingtian County, and Jinyun County (red warning), Songyang County and Jingning She Autonomous County have a high possibility of flash floods (orange warning), Suichang County and Yunhe County have a high possibility of flash floods (yellow warning), and Longquan City may have flash floods (blue warning). Please closely monitor the weather situation and changes in rainfall conditions, fully utilize the monitoring and early warning system for mountain flood disasters, strengthen analysis and judgment, timely release warning information to relevant towns and villages, supervise and guide grassroots local governments to implement their responsibilities, strengthen inspections and risk elimination, and if necessary, organize the transfer of people from dangerous areas in advance to ensure the safety of people s lives.

云和县气象台2026年08月08日19时00分将台风蓝色预警信号升级为台风黄色预警信号：受台风“白海豚”影响，预计8日夜里到12日我县将有一次明显的风雨天气过程，其中9-10日有暴雨到大暴雨。台风影响期间大部有7～10级大风，中高山区局部有11～13级大风。请注意防范强降水可能引发的小流域山洪、滑坡、泥石流、城乡积涝等次生灾害以及大风天气对设施农业、在建工程及户外广告牌等的不利影响。

Guidelines
