湖南省气象台2026年7月3日8时继续发布暴雨蓝色预警：预计3日8时至4日8时，湘北部分地区将出现暴雨，其中湘西州北部、张家界北部、常德西北部局地有大暴雨（100~120毫米），并伴有短时强降水（最大小时雨强40~60毫米）、雷雨大风（局地阵风7~9级）等强对流天气，请加强防范。蓝色预警区域：湘西州中北部、张家界、常德北部、岳阳东北部。
