At 18:18 on September 3, 2025, the meteorological observatory of Yiling District issued an orange warning signal for rainstorm: over 30mm rainfall has occurred in Xiaoxita Street of Yiling in the past hour, which is continuously affected by heavy rainfall clouds. It is estimated that in the next six hours, there will still be 40-60mm rainfall in Xiaoxita Street and its surrounding areas, accompanied by lightning, short-term heavy rainfall and thunderstorm gales. The cumulative rainfall is over 70mm. Mountain torrents, geological disasters, floods in small and medium-sized rivers, urban and rural waterlogging are high risks, so please strengthen prevention.
