At 05:30 on September 12, 2025, the Yanjin County Meteorological Bureau and Yanjin County Water Affairs Bureau jointly issued a Level II warning for mountain flood disaster risk: Due to the impact of heavy rainfall, it is expected that the meteorological risk of mountain flood disasters in Pu er, Zhonghe, Luoyan, Xinglong, Niuzhai, Tantou, Dousha and other towns in our county will reach Level II in the next 12 hours. There is a high possibility of mountain flood disasters. Relevant departments are requested to do real-time monitoring, flood prevention warning, and transfer and avoidance prevention work.
