延津县气象台2025年12月12日13时17分发布暴雪蓝色预警信号：预计未来12小时，我县全部乡镇和街道降雪量将达4毫米以上，请注意防范。防御指南：1.政府及有关部门应按照职责做好防雪灾和防冻害准备工作。2.必要时中小学、幼儿园可错峰上下学，企事业单位错峰上下班。3.交通运输、铁路、市政、电力、通信等部门应当加强道路、铁路、线路巡查维护,做好道路清扫和积雪融化工作。4.有关部门应视情况调节居民供暖，燃煤取暖用户需注意防范一氧化碳中毒。5.行人需注意防寒防滑,驾驶人员需小心驾驶,车辆应当采取防滑措施，听从指挥，慢速驾驶。6.种养殖业要储备物资,做好防雪灾和防冻害准备；对危房、大棚和临时搭建物采取加固措施，及时清除积雪。
