忻州市水利局和忻州市气象局2025年8月3日18时00分联合发布山洪灾害气象风险预警：预计3日20时到4日20时，受强降水影响，我市忻府区、定襄县、原平市、繁峙县、五台县、五台山风景名胜区、神池县、五寨县、岢岚县、河曲县、偏关县发生山洪可能性较大（黄色预警），代县、宁武县、静乐县、保德县可能发生山洪（蓝色预警）。其他地区也可能因局地短历时强降水引发山洪灾害，请各有关部门注意做好实时监测、防汛预警和转移避险等防范工作。
