夏邑县气象台2026年04月03日16时52分发布大风蓝色预警信号：预计今天傍晚到夜里，我县车站镇、刘店集乡、栗城街道等所有乡镇和街道将出现3到4级偏北风，阵风6到7级，局地8到9级，并伴有扬沙或浮尘。请注意防范大风、扬尘天气对设施农业、高空作业、交通出行等带来的不利影响。
