湖南省气象台2026年1月19日16时继续发布低温雨雪冰冻黄色预警：预计19日20时至20日20时，全省大部分地区将出现冻雨、雨夹雪或雪，且最低气温将低于0℃。黄色预警区域：长沙、株洲、湘潭、湘西州、张家界、常德、益阳、岳阳、怀化、娄底、邵阳、衡阳、永州中北部、郴州北部。

湖南省气象台2026年1月19日7时升级发布寒潮橙色预警：预计19日8时至21日8时，湘西、湘中以南大部分地区平均气温或最低气温将下降12℃以上，已出现4～8℃降温的湘东北地区气温还将下降4～6℃，全省大部分地区最低气温低于0℃，并可能伴随5级以上偏北大风。橙色预警区域：长沙东部、株洲、湘潭南部、湘西州、怀化、娄底、邵阳、衡阳、永州、郴州。
