8. Secure doors and windows, enclosures, scaffolds, temporary structures and other structures that are easily blown by the wind. Personnel should leave the temporary structures as soon as possible, and properly arrange outdoor objects that are easily affected by thunderstorms and gales.

海南省气象局2025年09月07日10时00分继续发布台风四级预警：今年第16号台风“塔巴”（热带风暴级），09时中心位于北纬18.7度、东经114.4度，也就是在距离广东省阳江市东南方向约435公里的南海海面上，中心附近最大风力9级（23米/秒）。预计，“塔巴”将以10-15公里的速度向西北方向移动，强度逐渐增强，趋向广东中西部沿海，并将于8日凌晨到中午在广东珠海至湛江一带沿海登陆（强热带风暴级或台风级，28-33米/秒，10-12级），登陆后强度逐渐减弱。受其影响，7日白天到8日白天本岛东部海面阵风将增大到10-11级；中沙、西沙群岛附近海面和琼州海峡有8-10级阵风，8日夜间起上述海区风力逐渐减弱；海南岛北部有大到暴雨，局地大暴雨。另外，请相关部门关注最新天气预报，提醒海上作业平台和过往船只避开大风区域。
