湖南省气象台2026年7月19日16时继续发布暴雨橙色预警：预计7月19日20时至20日20时，湘中、湘南部分地区将出现暴雨，其中长沙东部、株洲北部、邵阳南部、永州北部局地有大暴雨（150~200毫米），并伴有短时强降水（最大小时雨强40~80毫米）、雷雨大风（局地阵风7~9级）等强对流天气，请加强防范。橙色预警区域：长沙东部、株洲中北部、湘潭南部、怀化南部、娄底东部、邵阳中南部、衡阳中北部、永州北部。
