At 19:25 on November 25, 2025, the Urad Zhongqi Meteorological Observatory continued to issue the blue warning signal for strong winds issued at 19:26 on November 24, 2025: Within 24 hours, Tonghetai Livestock Farm, Hailiutu Town, Wengeng Town, Hulestai Sumu, Xinhure Sumu, Chuanjing Sumu, Bayin Ulan Sumu, Ganqimaodu Town, Shihahe Town, Wujiahe Town, Muyanghai Ranch, and Delingshan Town will be affected by strong winds, with an average wind force of 6 or above, or gusts of 7 or above, accompanied by sand and snow blowing in some areas. Please prepare relevant units and personnel for prevention.

Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.
