At 16:58 on September 20th, the Tongjiang Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave: it is expected that the lowest temperature in the urban area, townships, and farms of our city will drop by more than 8 ℃ within 48 hours, and the lowest temperature at night on the 21st will reach below 4 ℃.
