The Water Affairs Bureau and the Meteorological Bureau of Weinan City jointly issued a meteorological risk warning for flash floods on September 4, 2025 at 11:00. It is expected that from 11:00 on September 4 to 11:00 on September 5, there is a high possibility of flash floods occurring in Linwei District, Huazhou District, Huayin City, Tongguan County, Pucheng County, Dali County, and Heyang County (yellow warning); Fuping County, Baishui County, Chengcheng County, and Hancheng City may experience flash floods (blue warning). 陕西省气象台2025年09月04日08时00分继续发布暴雨黄色预警：受低槽和副热带高压外围暖湿气流共同影响，预计09月04日08时至05日08时，西安中东部、宝鸡西部、渭南大部、延安大部、榆林大部、汉中东部、安康西部有大雨（25～50毫米），渭南南部（临渭区、华阴市、华州区、大荔县、合阳县、蒲城县）、汉中部分地方（汉台区、南郑区、城固县、洋县、勉县、西乡县、镇巴县、宁强县、留坝县、佛坪县）、安康局地（宁陕县、紫阳县、岚皋县）有暴雨（50～100毫米），汉中南部局地（南郑区、城固县、西乡县、镇巴县）有大暴雨（100～180毫米）。上述地区伴有短时强降水（最大小时降雨量20～30毫米，个别点可达40毫米以上），局地有雷暴大风等强对流天气。本轮降水已经连续三天且仍将持续，累计雨量大、雨区重叠度高、雨强大，请相关地区和部门研判连日降雨可能带来的风险。

省自然资源厅联合省气象局2025年9月3日17时00分发布第59期地质灾害气象风险橙色预警：预计9月3日20时-9月4日20时，渭南市华州区东南部、华阴市南部，商洛市洛南县北部发生滑坡、崩塌、泥石流等地质灾害的风险高（橙色预警）；西安市临潼区、长安区、蓝田县、周至县，渭南市华州区、潼关县、华阴市，汉中市南郑区、城固县、洋县、西乡县、宁强县、镇巴县、佛坪县，安康市汉滨区、汉阴县、石泉县、宁陕县、紫阳县、旬阳市，商洛市商州区、洛南县、镇安县、柞水县发生滑坡、崩塌、泥石流等地质灾害的风险较高（黄色预警），各地及有关部门单位要加强巡查排查，落实一线叫应机制，全力做好人员安全转移避险，上述相邻县区也需高度关注。
