At 18:03 on February 4, 2026, the Tori County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that from the day of the 5th to the night of the 6th, there will be 7 to 8 levels of easterly winds in Kupu Township, Miaoergou Town, Tiechanggou Town, Hatu Town, and the southern mountainous areas of the county. The wind speed from Wuxuete Township, Akbeilidou Township to Laofengkou Wind Zone will be 9 to 10 levels, with gusts of 11 to 12 levels. There will be wind and snow blowing, and various preventive measures need to be taken in advance.

It may be affected by strong winds within 12 hours, the average wind force can reach 8 or above, or gusts above 9; or it has been affected by strong winds, the average wind is 8-9, or gusts 9-10 and may continue.
