遂昌县气象台2026年08月28日08时50分将台风蓝色预警信号升级为台风黄色预警信号：受今年第18号台风“沙德尔”影响，8月28日2时至28日8时最大站点降水量为云峰街道清水源18.3mm，最大风速为西北风7级（14.6m/s），出现在新路湾镇白马山，共有14个站点出现6级以上大风。预计今天我县所有乡镇（街道）有大到暴雨，局部大暴雨。台风影响期间全县大部有6～8级，中高山区8～10级大风。请注意防范台风降水可能引发的小流域山洪、滑坡、泥石流、城乡积涝等次生灾害以及大风天气对设施农业、在建工程及户外广告牌等的不利影响。

At 7:46 am on August 28, 2026, the Lishui Water Resources Bureau and Lishui Meteorological Bureau jointly issued a red warning for flash floods: it is expected that from 8:00 am on August 28 to 8:00 am on August 29, Qingtian County, Qingyuan County, Jingning She Autonomous County, and Longquan City have a high possibility of flash floods (red warning), Liandu District and Yunhe County have a high possibility of flash floods (orange warning), Jinyun County has a high possibility of flash floods (yellow warning), and Suichang County and Songyang County may have flash floods (blue warning).
