Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 651 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported continued road closures and flooding along Green Brook and Bound Brook due to thunderstorms Monday evening. Flooding is already occurring. Between 3 and 6.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - For Bound Brook at Middlesex: At 6:00am the stage was 11.42 feet.
