At 0:04 on August 31st, the Songtao County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow lightning warning signal: it is expected that thunderstorms will occur in towns such as Panxin, Pujue, and Niulang in our county in the next 6 hours. Thunderstorms may be accompanied by short-term heavy rainfall, strong winds, and other severe convective weather. It is recommended to stop outdoor activities and try to hide in buildings with lightning protection facilities.

松桃县气象台8月30日15时35分发布大风蓝色预警信号：目前我县平头已出现17m/s的大风，预计未来24小时我县盘信、大坪场、平头、大路等乡镇将受大风影响，平均风力可达6级以上，阵风7级以上，建议停止户外作业，远离玻璃门窗、危棚简屋、塔吊等建筑物。
