新疆维吾尔自治区气象台2026年8月31日21时12分将大风蓝色升级为大风橙色预警信号：目前，博州、塔城地区、阿勒泰地区的部分区域已出现11级西北阵风，预计未来24小时，上述区域和克拉玛依市、石河子市、乌鲁木齐市、昌吉州、吐鲁番市、哈密市等地的局部区域有11级西北阵风，风口阵风12～13级，部分区域有扬沙或沙尘暴。请加强防范。

Guidelines
