At 16:30 on December 19, 2025, the Qingdao Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave in Shinan District, Shibei District, and Licang District: Due to strong cold air, it is expected that all streets in Shinan District, Shibei District, and Licang District will experience cold wave weather from the night of the 19th to the 21st. The temperature has gradually decreased since tonight, with an average cooling range of about 8 ℃. The lowest temperature will occur on the 21st, with most streets experiencing a temperature drop of -3 to -1 ℃.
