The Shilou County Meteorological Observatory will continue to issue a yellow warning signal for road icing at 16:19 on December 16, 2025. The warning area is all townships, towns (streets). It is expected that the warning area may experience road icing that may affect traffic in the next 24 hours. Please prepare relevant units and personnel for prevention. Defense guidelines: 1. Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
