At 3:30 pm on September 1, 2025, the Shangyu District Meteorological Observatory in Shaoxing City issued a yellow warning signal for lightning: Due to the influence of strong convective cloud clusters, lightning activity has occurred in Lingnan, our district. It is expected that from this afternoon to the first half of the night, there will be lightning in Lingnan, Chenxi, Zhangzhen, Lianghu, Xiaguan, Dingzhai, Fenghui, Yonghe and other townships (towns, streets), accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation and 8-10 level thunderstorm winds. Please pay attention to the adverse effects of lightning and avoid outdoor activities as much as possible.
