湖南省气象台2026年3月29日7时发布强对流黄色预警：预计29日8时至30日8时，湘中、湘北部分地区，湘东南局部地区将出现短时强降水（小时雨强40~70毫米）、8~10级雷暴大风、冰雹等强对流天气，请加强防范。黄色预警区域：长沙东部、常德东部、益阳大部分地区、岳阳、怀化、邵阳西部、郴州中北部。

湖南省气象台2026年3月29日7时发布暴雨橙色预警：预计29日8时至30日8时，湘中、湘北部分地区将出现暴雨，其中怀化中北部、益阳西部、邵阳西部、长沙东部、岳阳东南部局地大暴雨（100~150毫米），并伴有短时强降水（最大小时雨强40~70毫米）、雷雨大风（局地阵风8~10级）、冰雹等强对流天气，请加强防范。橙色预警区域：长沙、常德南部、益阳、岳阳、怀化、娄底西部、邵阳西部。

湖南省气象台2026年3月29日5时升级发布大雾橙色预警：预计29日早晨，湘中、湘北部分地区将出现能见度不足200米的浓雾，局部有能见度低于50米的强浓雾，将对交通产生严重影响。橙色预警区域：长沙中西部、株洲北部、湘潭、益阳、岳阳西部、娄底、邵阳东部、衡阳大部分地区、永州中北部。
