山西省气象台2025年10月17日10时39分变更寒潮蓝色预警，预警区域：忻州市东部、晋中市北部、朔州市、大同市、阳泉市。预计未来48小时预警区域最低气温将要下降8℃及以上，最低气温小于等于4℃。请有关单位和人员做好防范准备。防御指南：1.政府及有关部门按照职责做好防寒潮准备工作；2.注意添衣保暖。
