The Huainan Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for severe convection at 22:49 on April 8, 2026. At present, there are convective echoes developing and moving eastward within the territory of Fuyang City. As a result, it is expected that thunderstorms may occur in towns and streets such as Tianji, Panji, Shangyao, and Longquan in our city in the next 6 hours, accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation, thunderstorms of around level 8, and strong convective weather.
