At 14:17 on October 21, 2025, the Ninghai County Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow warning signal for strong winds: Due to the continuous influence of cold air, there have been 7-9 level northerly winds in high-altitude areas of our county since the day before yesterday. It is expected that from today to the day after tomorrow, all townships (streets) in our county will still have 6-8 levels of wind, including 7-9 levels in coastal and high-altitude areas, as well as individual 10 level northerly winds in Xiangshan Port and Sanmen Bay areas. Please pay attention to preventing the adverse effects of strong winds on maritime transportation, fishery production, construction in progress, agricultural facilities, etc.

Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 12 hours, the average wind force can reach 8 or above, or gusts above 9; or it has been affected by strong winds, the average wind is 8-9, or gusts 9-10 and may continue.
