At 19:48 on January 17, 2026, the Minxian Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave: it is expected that within the next 48 hours, the daily minimum temperature in towns such as Zhongzhai, Weixin, Xijiang, Meichuan, Chabu, Minyang, Xizhai, Qingshui, Shili, Qinxu, Sigou, Mazichuan, Hetao, Shendu, Lujing, Puma, Suolong, and Mawu in our county will drop by 6-8 ℃. Relevant units and personnel are requested to be prepared for prevention.
Description
Within 48 hours, the minimum temperature will drop by more than 8°C, the lowest temperature is less than or equal to 4°C, and the average wind force on land can reach level 5 or more; or it has dropped by more than 8°C, the minimum temperature is less than or equal to 4°C, and the average wind force can reach level 5 or more, continued.
