At 22:12 on July 14, 2025, the Mianning County Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow warning signal for lightning: towns (streets) such as Jianying Township, Xinxing Township, Miansha Town, He ai Tibetan Township, Mofanggou Town, Hongmo Town, Lizhuang Town, Jinping Town, Hebian Town, Ruoshui Town, Shilong Town, Lugu Town, Fuxing Town, Manshuiwan Town, and Gaoyang Street in Mianning County may experience lightning activity within 6 hours, which may cause lightning disasters and accidents. Lightning activity may be accompanied by short-term heavy rainfall, short-term gusts of strong winds, hail, and other severe convective weather. Please be aware of the potential adverse effects of catastrophic weather.
