德宏州气象台2025年8月30日22时50分升级发布雷电Ⅲ级预警：预计未来6小时，我州芒市、梁河县、盈江县、瑞丽市、陇川县将出现强雷电活动，出现雷击灾害事故的可能性很大，并局地伴有6～9级大风、短时强降水等强对流天气，相关部门做好防雷电、防大风工作，公众在强对流过境期间暂停户外活动。
