At 14:00 on October 13, 2026, the Meteorological Observatory of Liaoyuan City, Jilin Province issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave: Due to the influence of cold air, it is expected that the minimum temperature in all towns (streets) in Longshan District, Xi an District, and High tech Development Zone of our city will drop by 6-8 ℃ in the next 24 hours, and some towns will experience a temperature drop of more than 10 ℃.
