耒阳市气象台2025年7月27日17时15分升级暴雨预警信号为橙色：过去2小时耒阳市东湖圩镇等乡镇降雨量已达59毫米，预计耒阳市未来1小时降雨量10～20毫米，累计雨量将达70毫米以上，致灾风险高，请加强防范。
