* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Illinois, including the following counties, in north central Illinois, Boone, De Kalb, Lee, Ogle and Winnebago. In northeast Illinois, Lake IL and McHenry. * WHEN...Until 900 AM CDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Roads and streets may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 246 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms, which has since ended. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain had fallen. - Flooding impacts may continue into the morning, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
