At 06:40 on October 13, 2026, the Changchun Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave: it is expected that the minimum temperature in Changchun city, Shuangyang, Gongzhuling, Jiutai, and Nong an will drop by 6-8 ℃ in the next 24 hours, with some areas reaching around 10 ℃.
