* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 30 to 40 below expected. * WHERE...Northern Susitna Valley, Northern Copper Valley, and Tok Cutoff. * WHEN...Until 1 PM AKDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 40 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 5 minutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusty winds through Broad Pass, Isabel Pass and Mentasta Pass will persist overnight, but will begin to weaken on Thursday. Wind chill values will warm to 10 below or higher as winds weaken by Thursday afternoon.
